1 General Terms & Conditions

33bgd (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 33bgd and its members.

To use 33bgd's services, you must:

• Only one account per person may be operated under your own name
• You must register using accurate and truthful information

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 33bgd, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any details submitted during registration are later found to be false or incomplete, 33bgd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time.

2.2 KYC Verification

To protect against fraud and ensure security, 33bgd may initiate KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. As part of this process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of recent address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Selfie verification may be required

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. 33bgd aims to complete this process as quickly as possible, generally within 24–48 hours.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

33bgd currently supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500

All deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.

33bgd never charges fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 33bgd bears no responsibility.

4 Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Withdrawal Process

To withdraw funds from 33bgd, your account must be fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000, and the maximum is subject to a limit determined by your account level.

4.2 Processing Times

1. Standard members: within 15 minutes to 24 hours
2. VIP members: Priority processing within 15 minutes
3. Large withdrawals (৳50,000+): Additional verification may be required and processing may take up to 48 hours

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

33bgd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, a specific wagering requirement must be met — typically 10–20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are completed
• Each bonus has a specific expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise specified
• 33bgd reserves the right to void bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected

6 Betting Rules

There are fundamental betting rules at 33bgd that apply to all members. Compliance with these rules is mandatory.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless the match or event itself is cancelled
• In the event of a cancellation, the full stake will be refunded
• If a technical error is detected in the odds, 33bgd reserves the right to void the affected bets
• In Live Betting, if a result has already been determined due to a delay, the bet will be voided

6.2 Maximum Betting Limits

33bgd sets maximum betting limits for various events and markets. These limits are subject to change at any time at 33bgd's discretion. VIP members generally enjoy higher betting limits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33bgd and will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or use of illicit funds
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or IP address
• Involvement in match-fixing or team fraud
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by 33bgd

33bgd may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to submit KYC documents
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months)

8.2 Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

33bgd is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence
• Unexpected technical failures or force majeure events

33bgd is always committed to resolving technical issues promptly and to protecting the interests of its members.

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions

33bgd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
